There is an inscription' A heartily greeting...From Ruth' On the page after the FFEP, where there is some seperating exposing the webbing about half way down but hasn't made any pages loose. General use wear, surface and edges rubbed with some creasing. Corners bumped and show wear. Pages show reader wear. Between pages 28 and 29 there is another crack exposing webbing all the way down vertically, but again hasn't made the pages loose. The bottom left corner (bottom of spine) has been bumped making a crease. The bottom right corners of the cover have some heavier rubbing exposing the boards, the top right corners have some heavier rubbing but don't expose the boards.
